Water Aqua Hydro Car! Pinoy, American, Japanese Car?
July 14, 2008
Amidst the worldwide gas crisis, a very innovative invention is underway and creating a huge buzz. Basically, the concept is to use water (H2O) to power the engine of a car. A filipino inventor, Engr. Daniel Dingel, has already been driving a car powered by water. For unknown reasons, his device has not been marketed yet. Are the americans working on such technology too? And now a japanese company, Genepax, has just recently (on June 12, 2008) test drived a Water Energy System-equipped electric vehicle. Soon they’ll be collaborating with manufacturers to mass produce it.
The following videos (1, 2, 3) present Engr. Dingel’s quest for a water-powered car while video 4 presents the test drive of Genepax with their WES equipped vehicle.

“Water can be used as energy to support daily life, eliminating the CO2 emissions of power generation. The new power generation system we have developed-called the Water Energy System (WES)-extracts electricity from water. The system uses no fossil fuel or non-fossil energy in the process of producing electricity and heat from water. Because WES is an independent power source that requires no other outside energy sources, it can be installed in a wide range of locations and does not require establishment of infrastructure.” -Genepax
