GONG!–which stands for “Goal or No Goal”—is an immensely popular casual game in China. It is now on its Open Beta phase, letting gamers from the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia play against each other on a virtual World Cup. Tinyurl for Custom URL’s

July 11, 2008 · Comments

We’re always using URL’s for our links. And a lot of bloggers and marketers are using Tinyurl to shorten a long URL. I was surprised when I checked out tinyurl today, it has a new feature that is really interesting and it enables us to put our custom URL’s.

From using this link generated from tinyurl http://tinyurl.com/6q6jub and by using the custom URL it will look like this http://tinyurl.com/technoblogging.

I also read from a very good source that from this custom URL it can cause few issues on sites that will fail to register their alias. Like for example, you registered your alias techcrunch that will look like this http://tinyurl.com/techcrunch that leads you to this site http://techmeme.com/. Very hilarious, isn’t it?
